Except in containers provided for same, no person shall deposit, dump, throw, cast, lay or place or cause to be deposited, dumped, thrown, cast, laid or placed any ashes, trash, beer cans or bottles, rubbish, soil, earth, paper, garbage, refuse, debris, plant clippings or limbs or leaves in or upon any city park or recreation areas or in any watercourse, lake, pond or slough within such park lands.
