(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to use any profane, boisterous or insulting language or to be guilty of disorderly conduct of any kind in any city park or recreation area.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made any loud, disturbing or unnecessary noise in any park or recreation area except normal cheering and applauding during the progress of a duly authorized activity.
