§ 97.02 VEHICLES IN PARKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or propel any motor vehicle, minibike, motorcycle or other vehicle in, over or through any park, except along and upon park drives, parkways and park boulevards.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit to be parked any vehicle anywhere except upon designated parking areas authorized by the Parks and Recreation Department or its designated official.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to back any vehicle into any parking space in any park and in such a manner that the state license plate on the rear of such parked vehicle would be invisible to any law enforcement officer while inside of his or her police vehicle, when passing or stopped in front of such parked vehicle.
