While dwellings may constitute a public nuisance, the city will follow the procedures in G.S. § 160A-443 as stated in Chapter 152 whenever a dwelling is found to create a public nuisance. Whenever a nonresidential structure is found to be a nuisance, the city will abide by the procedures set forth in G.S. § 160A-439 as stated in Chapter 150.
