§ 119.01 SUNDAY SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   Pursuant to the authority granted by G.S. 160A-205.3 any establishment located in the corporate limits of the city and holding an ABC permit issued pursuant to G.S. 18B-1001 is permitted to sell alcoholic beverages allowed by its permit beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
