§ 94.16 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION. The Fire Marshal.
   CORPORATION COUNSEL. The Attorney for the city.
   MUNICIPALITY. The City of Roanoke Rapids.
