Section 11.1. Supplemental Retirement Fund.

The Roanoke Rapids Firemen’s Supplemental Retirement Fund shall continue as authorized by Chapter 312, session Laws of 1977, as amended by Chapter 247, Session Laws of 1989, and any subsequent acts.
