§ 91.53 INTERFERENCE WITH ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or molest the Animal Control Officer or his or her agent in the performance of any duty authorized by this chapter or seek to release any animal in the custody of said agents except as herein provided.
   (B)   Except as may otherwise be provided by statute or local law or ordinance, no officer, agent or employee of the city charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of this chapter or other applicable law shall be personally liable for any damage that may accrue to persons or property as a result of any act required or permitted in the discharge of such duties unless said person acted with actual malice.
