§ 91.33 ACTS RESULTING IN INJURY OR DEATH OF DOGS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to injure or kill an animal by running over or coming into contact with same, with an automobile, motorcycle, bicycle or other vehicle and to fail to notify immediately the owner of said animal, the Animal Control Officer or the City Police Department.
