SCHEDULE I. TWO-HOUR PARKING.

   (A)   The following streets, areas or portions of streets shall constitute a two-hour parking zone, namely:

      (1)   From 1st Street on Roanoke Avenue to the middle of the 300 block of Roanoke Avenue;

      (2)   From Jackson Street to Hamilton Street on 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 11th Streets;

      (3)   From Madison Street to Jackson Street on north side of 10th Street;

      (4)   From 10th Street to 11th Street on the east side of Jackson Street; and

      (5)   From 9th Street on Roanoke Avenue to the middle of the 1100 block of Roanoke Avenue.

   (B)   All frontage in such streets or avenues defining such zones shall be included herein except as limited.

   (C)   The two-hour parking time limits shall be effective in parking zones as described in division (A) above every day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. except Sundays and holidays as by law provided.
