§ 50.05  ACCEPTING CABLE SERVICE BY EMPLOYEES OF TOWN.
   (A)   This section is enacted pursuant to the powers granted units of government as to local affairs by the provisions of I.C. 36-1 under the Home Rule Section.
   (B)   Any official or employee of the town may accept cable television service from the qualified provider for the town at basic rate charges, including full service and pay channels if so offered by the provider.
