(A) The utility reconnect fees as identified below be in full force and effect and made a part of this chapter.
(B) A fee of $15 must be paid before water service can be restored to a customer that has been disconnect due to non-payment.
(C) A fee of $15 must be paid before gas service can be restored to a customer that has been disconnected due to non-payment.
