§ 33.05  ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX PLAN.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 6-3.6-10-2, the town may expend moneys of the EDIT Fund for any lawful purpose for which money in any of its other funds may be used.
   (B)   This EDIT plan shall replace and supersede any previously passed ordinances, resolutions, executive orders and/or plans that are in contradiction of this plan.
