§ 33.03  SAFE SUMMER EVENT KICK OFF FUND.
   (A)   A “Safe Summer Kickoff Event Fund” is hereby established in and for the town.
   (B)   Said fund shall receive donations and other moneys dedicated to or pledged to the town’s Safe Summer Kickoff Event.
   (C)   Expenditures from said fund shall be for costs and expenses for and arising out of the Safe Summer Kickoff Event, such as rentals, supplies, advertising, entertainment, game prizes and any other expenses incidental to this event.
   (D)   After payment of the year’s expenses for the event, any unexpended moneys in said fund shall carry forward to the next year’s Safe Summer Kickoff Event and be expended as set forth above. In the event the event is no longer held, all moneys in said fund shall be transferred to the Police Department Fund of the town.
