§ 32.43  GUN PERMIT APPLICATIONS; AUTHORITY TO CHARGE.
   The Town Council authorizes the Town Marshal to charge $10 for gun permit applications, and $2 to $5 for all other reports done by him or her on behalf of the town, moneys to be deposited into the town Police/Gun Permit Fund for use in purchasing needed equipment and/or supplies for the Police Department.
