§ 32.02  RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS.
   (A)   Pursuant to state law, there is hereby established a force of reserve police officers for the town.
   (B)   The Town Council, on recommendation of the Town Marshal may appoint up to four reserve police officers to serve in the town.
   (C)   The reserve police officers shall abide by the rules established by the Town Council and/or Town Marshal; their police powers shall be limited to the times they are on assigned duty.
   (D)   Police reserves shall be directed by the Town Marshal and shall be assigned duty time as the needs of the town may require.
