§ 152.08  ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   If the Building Inspector shall deem it appropriate, within the terms of this subchapter, he or she shall issue a building permit to the applicant, which permit shall be displayed on the building site during construction, so it is visible from the nearest street.
