§ 152.05  OFFICE OF BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   There is hereby established the Office of Building Inspector for the town, which office shall be filled by appointment by the Town Council, the Building Inspector to serve at the will and pleasure of the Town Council, for compensation and upon terms and conditions as the Town Council may hereinafter determine by resolution.
