§ 152.04  FLOOD-PRONE AREAS DETERMINED.
   The flood-prone area or areas of the town shall be determined to be those areas so delineated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs or the Natural Resources Commission of the state, a copy of which printed designation shall at all times be available for inspection at the office of the Building Inspector.
