(A) Initial violation. In the event that party shall continue in violation of this chapter, after receiving notice to cease and desist as hereinafter provided, the offending party shall pay to the town the sum of $10 per day, as a penalty, for each day that the party shall remain in violation of the chapter.
(B) Continuing violation. In the event of the violation of this chapter, the town, by its appropriate officials, may seek a temporary or permanent injunction against the offending party or parties in a court of competent jurisdiction, or other civil remedies as may be provided by law.
