§ 31.005  COUNCIL MEMBERS ELECTED AT LARGE.
   (A)   It is hereby ordained by the Town Council that the town legislative body districts are hereby abolished.
   (B)   All members of the legislative body, known now as the Town Council, are to be elected at large.
