§ 110.10  NO PROHIBITION TO THE ISSUANCE OF LICENSES FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   After review of town records, the Council finds no prohibition to the issuance of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages within town limits.
