(A) The street addresses in the town are hereby established in accordance with the designation of the street addresses contained in the plat map, which plat map is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference.
(B) It is further ordained that the address of 01 Washington Street on the above mentioned plat map shall be changed to 109 and 111 North Indiana Street.
(C) It is further ordained that the street addresses in the Fairview Addition are as set forth in Exhibit “C” attached to the ordinance codified herein.
