§ 92.07  TEST FOR NUISANCE.
   Whether or not a particular annoyance constitutes a nuisance shall depend upon its effect on persons of ordinary health and average sensibilities, and not its effect on persons who are delicate or abnormally sensitive, or whose habits, tastes or conditions are different from persons of ordinary sensibilities.
