SCHEDULE III. TRUCKS.

   (A)   Effective as of the date of adoption of this schedule, there shall be a weight limit on all streets in the town, with the exception of Indiana Street, which weight limit shall be five tons per truck, with the exception of special delivery trucks.

   (B)   Any violations of this schedule shall be subject to penalties as provided below:

      (1)   First violation: $25;

      (2)   Second violation: $50; and

      (3)   Third violation: $100 fine.
