§ 71.46  UNLAWFUL OPERATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an off-road vehicle on the streets, alleys, sidewalks, highways or other publicly accessible place within the town, except as provided in this subchapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a go-cart or non-street legal “dirt bike” on the streets, alleys, sidewalks, highways or other publicly accessible place within the town.
