§ 30.03  EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN.
   (A)   State law requires that each local or each interjurisdictional agency shall prepare and keep current a local or interjurisdictional disaster emergency plan for its area.
   (B)   The county has adopted and implemented the county’s Emergency Operations Plan.
   (C)   The Emergency Operations Plan does include the town within the plan.
   (D)   It is hereby recognized by the Town Council that it is included in the interjurisdictional plan and has previously signed off on the plan and pursuant to the above referenced statute again reaffirms and acknowledges that it is part of the Emergency Operations Plan.
