§ 70.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this traffic code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person violating § 70.02 of this chapter shall be penalized as follows:
      (1)   First violation: warning;
      (2)   Second violation: fine of $50; and
      (3)   Third and subsequent violations: fine of $100.
   (C)   (1)   Any person violating §§ 70.30 through 70.32 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof:
         (a)   Be fined $50 if the conviction is that person’s first violation of §§ 70.30 through 70.32 of this chapter; or
         (b)   Be fined $100 if the conviction is that person’s second or subsequent violation of §§ 70.30 through 70.32 of this chapter.
      (2)   In addition to any fine, any person violating §§ 70.30 through 70.32 of this chapter shall be responsible for payment of all towing and impound charges for that person’s vehicle if it was towed or removed by the town.
