§ 70.30  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SNOW EMERGENCY.
      (1)   A period of time during and after a snowfall when vehicular movement is expected to be particularly hazardous or congested due to the elements, and during which period of time the parking of vehicles could hinder, delay or obstruct the safe flow of traffic and the proper cleaning, clearing and making safe of public streets of the town.
      (2)   Town officials may rely on weather forecasts from the National Weather Service and on declarations by the county’s Emergency Management Agency in their determination to declare a SNOW EMERGENCY.
   VEHICLE. Includes trailers, whether attached or unattached.
