(A) The tariff of the Municipal Gas Utility is hereby amended by adding thereto the following, “Rate adjustment tracking factor: occasioned solely by changes in cost of purchased gas, increase filed with the Public Service Commission of Indiana, approved December 11, 1970, Cause No. 32485: Factor per month $.0079 per 100 cubic feet used per month”.
(B) The Town Council of the Town of Roachdale, through its President, is hereby authorized and directed to file the utility’s verified statement in support of change in schedule of rates in accordance with the Order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana in Cause No. 32485.
