Any request for a meeting of the plan commission by any person, firm or corporation, shall be subject to a fee as established by the village fee schedule, to be paid by the party requesting said meeting. Said fee shall be deposited with the village clerk and shall be applied to the general fund. In addition, the party requesting such meeting shall pay to the village all expenses incurred by the village in connection with such meeting. (Ord. 91-1-2, 1-15-1991)
