2-2-4: POWERS AND DUTIES:
The powers and duties of the plan commission shall be those enumerated in the applicable statutes of the state of Illinois and the applicable ordinances of the village. The commission shall also perform such other duties as may, from time to time, be requested by the board of trustees, or by the president of the board of trustees. (Ord. 142, 7-21-1969)
