Upon approval by the Board of Trustees, the Village Clerk shall give the original and two (2) copies thereof to the Village Attorney who shall immediately record the plat with the Recorder of Lake County. The Village Attorney shall thereupon give a copy of the recorded plat to the subdivider and the original copy to the Village Clerk for filing in the Village records. The subdivider shall reimburse the Village for any fees incurred. (Ord. 272, 3-20-78)
