1-16-6: SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND SPECIAL SERVICE AREAS:

Any contract for work or other public improvement which is to be paid for in whole or in part by special assessment or special taxation shall be let in the manner prescribed by applicable provisions of this code and state statutes. (Ord. 16-05-10, 5-17-2016)
