The following qualifications shall govern approval of the preliminary plat:
A. Approval of a preliminary plat by the Plan Commission and the Board of Trustees is tentative, only, involving merely the general acceptability of the layout as submitted, and shall not qualify the plat for recording.
B. Approval of the preliminary plat shall be effective for a period of one year. Upon application of the subdivider, the Board of Trustees may grant an extension. The application for said extension shall not require an additional filing fee.
C. Approval of the preliminary plat shall not be made until reimbursement is made from the escrow account to the Village for expenses incurred in review of the preliminary plat and supporting documentation.
