7-2-7: INTERFERENCE WITH SANITARY SEWER OR WATER SYSTEM PROHIBITED; UNLAWFUL CONNECTIONS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit the interference or obstruction of said systems, including, but not limited to, water meters, lateral lines and pipes and main lines and pipes, or in any other manner to use said systems in a manner contrary to the ordinances and regulations of the village. The owner, lessee or occupant in control of premises served by the village's water system or sanitary sewer system shall not suffer or permit any contractor or agent working on behalf of such owner, lessee or occupant to violate the provisions of this section.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to connect any roof drains, downspouts, foundation drains, swimming pool drains, sump pumps or other sources of storm water runoff to any sanitary service or public sewer. The owner, lessee or occupant in control of premises served by the village's sanitary sewer system shall not suffer or permit any contractor or agent working on behalf of such owner, lessee or occupant to violate the provisions of this section.
   C.   The owner, lessee or occupant in control of any premises in the village served by the village's sanitary sewer system shall cause all domestic wastes, including wash water, rinse water, drain lines from water softeners and other types of water treatment filters, backwash water and effluents, and any toilet, sink, septic tank or any other fixture or device discharging domestic wastes, to be discharged to the village's sanitary sewer system and shall not allow such domestic wastes to be connected directly or be allowed to flow to any storm water drainage system.
