7-2-3: PURPOSE:
The regulations are established to:
   A.   Provide for the public health and safety of the village.
   B.   Provide reasonable safeguards and planning for the growth of the community, giving consideration to the physical characteristics of the area and federal, state, county and environmental regulations relating to sewer and water matters. (Ord. 02-2-4, 2-19-2002)
