§ 157.049.1 SPECIAL USES IN R-3 DISTRICT ONLY.
   The following use is permitted as special use in the R-3 District only, when authorized pursuant to the procedures set forth in § 157.125 of this code:
      Large nursing home or assisted living facilities.
