(A) Each licensed establishment, licensed fraternal establishment and licensed veterans establishment within the village shall pay a fee of $25 per video gaming terminal per year to the village.
(B) The fee shall be paid:
(1) Upon initial receipt of a license from the state (prorated for the number of days remaining in the year from the initial date of licensure); and
(2) On or before January 15 of each year thereafter.
(C) Upon payment of the fee, the licensed establishment, licensed fraternal establishment or licensed veterans’ establishment shall provide the village with a copy of the establishment’s current license from the state.
