Notwithstanding any provision of any village ordinance heretofore adopted, including, but not limited to, § 111.51 of this code of ordinances, video gaming from video gaming terminals licensed by the state and operated pursuant to the Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq., is permitted in the village at licensed establishments, licensed fraternal establishments, licensed veterans’ establishments, licensed truck stop establishments and licensed large truck stop establishments.
