The order of business for Board Meetings will normally be as follows, but the Village President may change the order in his or her discretion:
(A) Roll call;
(B) Pledge of Allegiance;
(C) Approve prior minute minutes and pay bills;
(D) People to address the Board;
(E) Old business;
(F) New business;
(G) Department head reports;
(H) Committee reports;
(I) Executive session, if any;
(J) Action as result of executive session, if any; and
(K) Adjourn.
