1-23-19: ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW:

Any final decision that a code violation does or does not exist shall constitute a final determination for purposes of judicial review and shall be subject to review under the Illinois Administrative Review Law. (Ord. 2830, 11-7-2013; amd. Ord. 4090, 3-7-2024)
