1-23-14: EVIDENCE:

The formal and technical rules of evidence do not apply in an adjudicatory hearing permitted under this chapter. Evidence, including hearsay, may be admitted only if it is of a type commonly relied upon by reasonably prudent persons in the conduct of their affairs. (Ord. 2830, 11-7-2013; amd.
