11-1-3-5: ACCESSORY BUILDINGS DESIGNATED AS LANDMARKS USED FOR RESIDENCES:
Accessory buildings which have been designated as landmarks pursuant to section 11-1-3-2 of this chapter may be used for residential purposes if they comply with all other requirements of this code. (Ord. 2335, 6-19-2000; amd. Ord. 2550, 12-19-2005)
