(A) The motor vehicle owner or lessee of a vehicle found to have committed an automated traffic law violation is subject to a civil penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(B) If the civil penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) referred to in subsection (A) of this section is not timely paid or the Notice of Violation is not contested timely, a one hundred dollar ($100.00) late payment penalty will be assessed in addition to the original one hundred dollar ($100.00) penalty.
(C) The Village may establish procedures for the collection of the civil penalty imposed. (Ord. 3012, 12-6-2018)
