9-8-8: FINAL DETERMINATION OF LIABILITY, NOTICE OF FINAL DETERMINATION OF LIABILITY, NOTICE OF IMPENDING SUSPENSION:

(A) Notices of determination of liability shall be sent in conformance with the general mailing provisions in section 9-6-5 of this title.

(B) Final determinations of violation liability shall occur pursuant to the provisions set forth in section 9-6-6 of this title.

(D) Notices of impending suspension of a person's driver's license shall be sent in conformance with section 9-6-5 of this title. (Ord. 3012, 12-6-2018)
