9-8-3: VIOLATION:

It shall be an automated traffic law violation for a vehicle to disregard a traffic control device by entering an intersection against a steady red signal indication in violation of section 11-306 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-306, as captured on recorded images by an automated traffic law enforcement system.
