1-23-4: ESTABLISHMENT OF ORDINANCE HEARING DEPARTMENT:
There is hereby established the village ordinance enforcement department, an executive department of the municipal government, which shall function as an ordinance hearing department and have the power to enforce compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 2830, 11-7-2013; amd. Ord. 4090, 3-7-2024)
