1-23-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the fair and efficient enforcement of the village ordinances delineated in this chapter through an administrative adjudication process and by establishing a schedule of fines and penalties. (Ord. 2830, 11-7-2013; amd. Ord. 4090, 3-7-2024)
