9-4-17: COMPLIANCE WITH TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:
The owner, operator and driver of any taxicab shall obey all laws, ordinances and regulations relating to the operation of motor vehicles and taxicabs, and all traffic regulations. (Ord. 2252, 10-5-1998)
